Comment: Nice facility, great friendly service. There were no units available the size we needed but were told to keep trying once or twice a week. After a week of calling one came available and being in another state we were able to secure the unit over the phone. Once we arrived the staff was FRIENDLY and helpful. Sad to say but nowadays it’s unusual to encounter good customer service.Thank you and keep up the good the work.

Customer service is awesome since day 1 or even before I decided to store my RV. I wish all establishment will have a person like him, always ready to serve! I will definitely go back to store my RV when storage is needed!

Comment: Called for a quote for a unit in April spoke to Steve and he was so helpful he will call me in March to make sure they have my unit available so excited to move to LHC with their friendly attitude. I asked about the area and he even took the time to tell me about LHC he didn't rush me or give me the why don't you Google it attitude. Thank you Mr. Steve for the pleasure of taking the time to speaking to me.
