We are located at 1808 Victoria Farms Road, 1 mile South of the Airport and one block East of Highway 95 off of Chenoweth Rd. We are the only facility in Lake Havasu City to feature three types of storage:

RV and Boat Storage

Our spaces are fully enclosed with steel roll up doors. All spaces have electricity for lights and 110v AC outlets. In addition all units have fire sprinklers and door alarms that are electronically monitored in the office. Our wide concrete driveways with angled spaces makes parking your RV’s, boats or trailers easier. We have a variety of space sizes that will accommodate your storage needs; 12’x30’ with electric operated doors, 13’×40’, 15’×50’, 15’×60’ and 15’×100’ drive through spaces with electric operated doors.

Traditional Storage Center

We offer great storage options for household and commercial storage needs. These easy access storage units allow for drive up access for convenient loading and unloading. We have a variety of sizes ranging from 5’x5’ to 10’x25’. All spaces have fire sprinklers and door alarms.

Air Conditioned Storage

Our 2 story, Air Conditioned self storage is the first in Lake Havasu City. Air Conditioning (Not Swamp Coolers) means you no longer have to worry about your expensive furniture, antiques and pictures from being covered in desert dust and deteriorated by the extreme summer heat. We have two years of data indicating we are holding temperature to approximately 80 degrees. While we do not control humidity, our ventilation and temperature control measures indicate an average humidity of approximately 25% even when the outside temperature hits 100 plus degrees. Just inside the first floor lobby is an elevator with additional security to gain access to the second floor.
