We are located approximately 12 miles South of I-40 off of Hwy.
95. From Hwy 95 turn east on Chenoweth Drive then left onto
Victoria Farms Road.
We are approximately 35 miles North of Parker Arizona and about
6 miles North of the center of Lake Havasu City. Turn Right on
Chenoweth Drive at Lowes, and left onto Victoria Farms Road
Access
You have access to your storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week with your personal access code. The Air Conditioned
Mini-Storage Building has additional Bio Tech access protection.

Gate access, perimeter concrete wall, extensive lighting and
digital video recorded cameras.
Drive Thru Units
We feature 50, 60 and 100 foot "Drive Through Spaces" with
electric operated doors.

Wash Bay
Our coin operated wash bay has high pressure water, soap, wax,
foam brush and spot free rinse.
