We are located approximately 12 miles South of I-40 off of Hwy. 95. From Hwy 95 turn east on Chenoweth Drive then left onto Victoria Farms Road.

We are approximately 35 miles North of Parker Arizona and about 6 miles North of the center of Lake Havasu City. Turn Right on Chenoweth Drive at Lowes, and left onto Victoria Farms

You have access to your storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with your personal access code. The Air Conditioned mini storage facility has additional key coded access to each floor.

Security
Gate access, perimeter concrete wall, extensive lighting and digital video recorded cameras. Separate key code access to front gate and both floors of the Air Conditioned Facility
