Welcome to our facility, we feature Climate Controlled Mini-Storage, non Climate Controlled Mini-Storage and fully
enclosed RV & Boat Storage for the La Paz County area. Our Lake Havasu storage facility has over 700 rentable storage spaces ranging in size from 5'x5' to 15'x100'. We are conveniently located 1 mile south of the airport in Lake Havasu City.
Located in Lake Havasu City our storage facility is a massive 2 story, highly secure concrete building. Access to the building is 24 hours a day with pass code and fingerprint (biometric access). A digital video recording system is used to record traffic inside and outside the storage facility. Temperature is controlled to approximately 80 degrees even in the hottest temperatures through the use of 10 air conditioners. Access to the second floor is by elevator. Carts are provided to move storage items in and out of the building. A rental truck is provided free of charge to renters that are moving into the facility.
Supporting La Paz County our Climate Controlled Storage facility is ideal, as during the summer months regular non-temperature controlled mini storage units can get above 130 degrees inside. Furniture, pictures, electronic equipment, almost all plastic items can be destroyed by the intense heat. Not to mention the dust, rodents, spiders and other desert creatures that can find their way to damage your most precious belongings. This is not the case with a state of the art climate control storage facility like we offer here in Lake Havasu City. Air handlers with filters similar to those used in your home reduce the dust. Our facility is treated quarterly to help prevent spiders and pesky insects from infiltrating. With only one sealed door into and out of the facility it is highly unlikely rodents will find their way in. Rodent traps are located inside and outside as an added precautionary measure.
