We are
conveniently located at 1808 Victoria Farms Road, 1 mile
South of the Airport and one block East of Highway 95 off of
Chenoweth Rd. We are the only facility
in Lake Havasu City to feature three types of storage: traditional
Mini-Storage with space sizes from 5x5 to 10x20,
Climate
Controlled Mini-Storage with space sizes from 5x5 to 10x15 and RV
& Boat Storage with space sizes from 12x30 to 15x100 feet.
Our
Climate
Controlled Mini-Storage is the first facility in Lake
Havasu to provide Air Conditioned Mini-Storage with Biometric
Access. Air Conditioning (Not Swamp Coolers) means that you no
longer have to worry about your expensive furniture, antiques and
pictures from being covered in desert dust and deteriorated by the
extreme summer heat. Our unique access control and digital video
recorded camera system improves security over traditional older
designs. We have two months of data indicating we are holding
temperature to approximately 76 degrees and an average of
approximately 30% humidity even when the outside temperature hits
100 plus degrees.
Our RV & Boat Storage spaces are set at a 33 degree angle to our
wide concrete driveways. Our storage units have ample fluorescent
lighting and have a single, duplex 5 amp AC outlet to assist you
in keeping your batteries charged. We have taken extensive
measures to provide you with security features like door alarms,
fire sprinklers, high quality locks and extensive lighting
throughout the facility. Our 50, 60 and 100 foot “Drive Thru”
spaces have 2 electric operated doors controlled by wireless door
controllers.
