We are conveniently
located at 1808 Victoria Farms Road, 1 mile
South of the Airport and one block East of Highway
95 off of Chenoweth Rd. We are the only facility
in Lake Havasu City to feature three types of storage:
RV and Boat Storage
Our spaces are fully enclosed with steel roll
up doors. All spaces have electricity for lights
and 110v AC outlets. All spaces have fire sprinklers
and door alarms that are electronically monitored
in the office. The property is monitored through
the use of over 50 digitally recorded cameras. Our
wide concrete driveways with angled spaces makes
parking your RV’s, boats or trailers easier. We
have a variety of space sizes that will accommodate
your storage needs; 12x30, 15x29 with electric operated
doors, 13x40, 15x50, 15x60 and 15x100 drive through
spaces with electric operated doors.

Air Conditioned and Heated, Residential and
Commercial Mini Storage
Our 2 story, Air Conditioned and Heated mini
storage is the first in Lake Havasu City. Air Conditioning
(Not Swamp Coolers) means that you no longer have
to worry about your expensive furniture, antiques
and pictures from being covered in desert dust and
deteriorated by the extreme summer heat. Our unique
access control and digital video recorded camera
system improves security over traditional older
designs. We have two years of data indicating we
are holding temperature to approximately 80 degrees.
While we do not control humidity our ventilation
and temperature control measures indicate an average
humidity of approximately 25% even when the outside
temperature hits 100 plus degrees. We have taken
extensive measures to provide our tenants with security
features like door alarms, fire sprinklers, high
quality locks and extensive lighting throughout
the entire facility. Just inside the first floor
lobby is an elevator with additional security to
gain access to the second floor. We also have the
capability to provide custom made spaces with additional
cooling (50 to 60 degrees) for wine storage. Ask
